At LongView, we understand that handing over the keys to your investment property is more than a transaction, it’s an act of trust. That’s why we stand firmly behind our Service Guarantee, a written commitment that ensures every landlord receives the highest standard of care and communication. 

Our promise is simple: we deliver clear communication, proactive management, and diligent follow-up on every aspect of your property. If we don't, you’ll receive three months of free property management.  

What Our Service Guarantee Means 

When you choose LongView, you’re choosing a property management team that backs its service with measurable actions, not just words: 

1. Guaranteed communication – Every phone call, email, or message is returned within one business day. 
2. Weekly updates on vacant properties – If your property is vacant, we’ll contact you at least once a week with progress updates and ensure your listing is live on realestate.com.au with high-quality photos. 
3. Transparent tenant selection – We’ll discuss full details of every tenancy application and our screening results before you approve a tenant. 
4. Detailed entry condition reports – Before a new tenant moves in, we complete a thorough inspection and provide you with a copy of the report upon request. 
5. Controlled spending – No money is spent on your property without your approval (as per your Form 6 instructions), except in emergencies where we must act immediately to prevent damage or injury. 
6. Daily rent monitoring – Rent payments are monitored daily, and any arrears are actioned immediately, with formal notices issued on the first business day they become due, in line with the Residential Tenancies Act 
7. Routine inspections every six months – We inspect your property at least every six months and send you a written report after each visit. 
8. Prompt communication when tenants vacate – You’ll be notified within one business day when tenants give notice to vacate, and we’ll confirm your re-letting instructions. 
9. Vacate inspections within two business days – Once keys are returned, we inspect the property within two business days and update you on its condition by the next business day. 
10. Comprehensive financial reporting – You receive rentals and detailed statements, including copies of any repair invoices, after each payout.
