An insight to our General Manager – Danielle Clark

Danielle Clark is the Property Management General Manager in Brisbane. She has extensive experience in property management and a deep understanding of the industry gained from years in operational and leadership roles. 

As both a property professional and a landlord, Danielle brings a dual perspective to her work understanding firsthand the priorities and expectations of property owners while also recognising the needs and concerns of tenants. 

At LongView, Danielle’s responsibilities include: 

- Overseeing the Brisbane property management team 
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant tenancy legislation 
- Managing client relationships and delivering service
- Supporting landlords in maximising returns on their investments 
- Streamlining property management processes for efficiency and accuracy 

Her approach is focused on delivering consistent, high-quality service that meets or exceeds client expectations. She works closely with her team to ensure that every property under management is well-maintained, that tenant and owner communication is clear and timely, and that any issues are resolved efficiently.
